VENDOR & SPONSORSHIP LETTER 2024
CA NATP ANNUAL CONFERENCE
AUGUST 19th & 20th San Diego CA
The CA Chapter of the National Association of Tax Professionals {NATP} is excited to invite you and your business to be a part of our 2 day annual conference and meeting, August 19th & 20th, 2024, in San Diego at the Marriott Liberty Station.
Here is an opportunity for you to showcase your business in front of tax professionals, accounting firms, EA’s, CPAs, and bookkeepers at all levels of expertise.
During this two-day conference we have 3 vendor options and 3 individual sponsorship options.
1.
Economy – $199. You’ll be listed in our booklet. Send your promotional material and we will add that to each attendee’s bag. Send your LOGO in PDF format and we will add it to the attendee’s booklet.
2.
Standard* – $699. Your logo will be listed in the attendee booklet, and you’ll have a vendor table at the conference. You can provide us with a 10 to 30 second script about your business, and our board will present that for you. Send your logo in PDF format. This will include lunch tickets for up to 2 representatives on both days.
3.
Premier – $1299. Send us your logo ((in PDF format)) and you will have a premium spot in our booklet. A table at the conference in the vendor area. Your team will be able to present your product for 3 to 5 mins before the morning break, or lunch. This will include lunch tickets for up to 2 representatives on both days.
4.
We will have scheduled breaks during the conference, two 20-minute breaks, and the lunch hour both days. You will have an hour each day prior to the conference to interact with our attendees, your potential clients.
Sponsorship for food and beverages is also available. If you choose to be a food and beverage sponsor this will also include your logo in our booklet and a Thank you during the conference.

1.
All Day Coffee – $650 each day. There will be two opportunities to sponsor coffee served all day. Your name will be promoted at the coffee station for the day you sponsor, and a thank you during the conference. Send your logo in PDF format.
2.
Monday or Tuesday Lunch – $3950 each. Your name will be promoted at the food area, send your logo in PDF format for the attendee catalog and a thank you during the conference. Plus, a *Standard vendor partner.
3.
Afternoon Snack – $950. There will be two opportunities to sponsor “Pick Me Up Snacks” in the afternoon. Your name will be promoted at the serving area for the day you sponsor, and a thank you during the conference. Send your logo in PDF format.
*At any time as a food or beverage sponsor, you can upgrade to Premier level for an additional $649. This would allow you to speak in front of our attendees.
Please reserve your vendor or sponsorship spot by July 30th 2024. Include your payment and the logo of your business in PDF/JPEG format. We will need time to add it to our booklet and have sponsorship signs made. Once you’ve filled out the application, you will receive an invoice for payment.
